===== How to put the Ovislink modem in BRIDGE MODE =====

To put the modem back in "bridged" mode, You have to repeat the same operations for the router modem but we have to inverse it.

To put the modem in router mode:

- Go the **“Configuration”** section
- Click **“WAN”**

* You have to change 4 parameters in this section:
* Change the **“Encapsulation”** option to **"1483 Bridged IP LLC”**
* Change option **“Bridged”** to **“Enabled”**
* Take off the username followed by @vif.com under the PPP section
* Take off the password below it
* Click **“Submit”** at the bottom of the page

- After go in the **“LAN”** under configurations in the left window
- Take off the check next to **“DHCP Server”**
- Click **"Submit"** at the bottom of the page

* You have to save the whole configurations in the flash of the modem by clicking on “Save Settings” on the left side
* The modem will make some clicks while it reinitializes, this is normal
* WAIT AT LEAST 45 SECONDS BEFORE CLOSING THE INTERNET EXPLORER WINDOW OR THE MODEM - THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT
