Speedstream 5360 Bridge Troubleshooting

This is to avoid error 678

  • Make sure all the lights are solid green
  • If the enet light is off it means either the network card is not enabled or the ethernet wire is defective.
  • If the DSL Light doesn't come on try unplugging all the phones and filters
  • Also it could be the line is still not active and we might have to open a ticket with bell to verify the ADSL Line
  • Follow the light chart below
